I use the Osprey post office quite often as I sell on EBay. I have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous and willing to make an extra effort to make my experience both satisfying and pleasant. That goes for every staff member. I have never had a bad experience there.

I visited this post office for passport service. On several different websites hours for passport services are posted as available between 10am-3pm M-F and Saturday by appointment only. I arrived around 1:30pm on Tuesday. Two CSRs were there ready to help as there were no other customers patronizing. The first man said I needed to see Christie as she was the passport worker. I proceeded to her counter where she quickly told me she couldn't help because I didn't have an appointment. I explained the hours of passport service posted, and she continued telling me that she couldn't help without an appointment. I literally looked around the room noting I was the only customer, I again stated I had everything needed, and that they had falsely advertised their passport hours. I asked to speak to the postmaster. Christie disappeared and emerged Lance, who did nothing more than wish me a good day after I requested they update all the various online resources claiming this false advertisement. Apparently, at this post office they get to pick and choose which services will be offered on their own accord. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
