I always use the self serve station never had any problems.  Never a line at the self serve kiosk

The good: I've visited this location many times and had good customer service from the people at the counter. 

The bad: if you drop your letters in the mail box, it will take at least 10 days to arrive at the destination.  Meanwhile your bills will be late and you will have accrued the late charges.  If you need to mail a bill and have it arrive on time, you are better of going to Schaumburg (either post office) or Carol Stream.

Shipped my order multiple days late when I was required to ship by a certain date on the website I sold my product. My account got suspended and I penalized!

Nothing wrong with this location--Friendly and effective counter staff.  You want to see long lines & chaos, go to locations in the City or near suburbs, then compare the two.  I have to commend the Letter Carrier serving my neighborhood, (006) He is always efficient, an encyclopedia of mail knowledge, and professional.  I know it's far from easy work delivering all the on-line shopping I do.
