It's a easy to get to post office. Line can get long during the week. But it tends to move quickly. I had a box here before. Was given the wrong key 3 times. It was horrible. I would definitely go to a different location if I needed a box again in the future.

Use to go there during early afternoon to avoid long line. Staff is always very effective, friendly and attending. Especially the guy who use to work at the left counter - he has always such a good vibe and loves what he's doing all day long. Really appreciate these USPS office and the staff who is providing excellent customer service! Always been a peasure to go there Thank you!

Mail carrier is either lazy or incompetent. They have single handily made me stop order ing products online if they ship USPS. Terrible service all away around!

We have had to contact the Post Master at TIA about this location several times. I still have a missing storage rent check missing from my business, has happened twice. They never got them. Management does nothing. I have had no problems so far with counter clerks, always been nice and friendly. The back part of that post office is a jacked up mess. Also, I get delivery from that Post Office, I was out of town and couldn't get my mail for a couple of days. When I came back, I didn't get mail for a week, I asked them whats's going on? They made it their business to "stop" my mail because they thought I didn't remove it from my Post Office box promptly, I had to tell them stay out of my business and deliver my mail. Now we have a new carrier with no problems. Too much crazy stuff to list here, but this Post Office has negatively effected my Business, and I have lost customers because of it. This problem has been happening since new management, been years. I am to established with my business to change the PO Box to another location. 4/14/2018

This place is a joke. I continuously get mail intended for other people in my mailbox, which leads me to believe that the mail I'm missing is probably in someone else's mailbox. The postmaster does nothing about it and will not return phone calls. If I could rate less than "1", I would.
