I am having a difficult time getting this post office to help me with a package they delivered to the wrong address. They told me this on the phone, but they have not reached back out to me with either my package or a refund for the order. I want somebody with this US Post Office to PLEASE GIVE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I spent over $50 on this item that is still missing!!!!

I've had 4 packages over the past week that we're supposed to be delivered and each time I've had to go into the post office and pick them up myself. The tracking status says that "attempts" were made, but I was at home during these "attempts" and didn't see or hear anyone try to deliver anything. When I got to the post office, I was informed that the items were too heavy to deliver to my condo, which I could understand for one of the items, but another items was 2.2lbs so I don't accept that as an excuse. Furthermore, if they knew the item was too heavy and they weren't even going to try and deliver them, why not inform me so I don't have to waste my time waiting at home for them to arrive. i would have just gone straight to the post office to pick them up.. Still not preferable, because why would I order something to get delivered if I had to go pick it up myself.

If I can give them a O=ZERO I would. Everyone there hates their job and life. I came just to get my son's passport for the first time. I had no idea what to do. I always came 15-20mins early. Nobody wanted to help me. 1st time I came, they finally took my son'son photo for passport then. They ask for his birth certificate. I gave it to them but since it didn't have my son's father on it...they turned me away. Ok... i understand. I rescheduled. I asked them what else do I need. They just said my son'son updated birth certificate and drop off application next time. 2nd time, had all the paperwork. But they said where's my son? He had to be present to apply. They didn't tell me last time. I had receipt and the photo they taken....it was only 1week ago that we were there. She said I don't remember. They are not informative at all. Like I said they hate there life and there jobs. Nobody wants to help you. Don't even know how to do do their jobs. Don't rely on these people. They don't know what they are doing nor do do they care.

No one answers their phone. When I call to schedule an appointment between 10-3 they're either on a lunch break or no one is there. When you call after they say they can't schedule an appointment you have to call between 10-3. Been trying to get a passport for over a week they're useless
