I'd leave no stars if I could. They have lost numerous packages and important mail. They don't answer the phones. They simply refuse to deliver packages that are heavy from Amazon despite accepting payment for delivery. It is impossible to rectify problems. I honestly don't even know why the post office continues to exist when their competitors do such a better job. Do you job or shut your doors.

Absolutely shameful! This is probably the seventh time this has happened using USPS. I'M expecting a package from another state, and tracking the registered package, it says expected delivery Sat. 2/4/17. I wait all day for the mail only to find the postman doesn't have the package.I have nothing else to do with my time but go to the post and find out where it is. Look at all the times I pay for trackable postage only to find out you can't track it, because some lame brain didn't log it in. No wonder more and more folks are sending packages with the reliable FEDEX and others. Thanks for letting me vent once again.

First of all, when my package was attempted to be "delivered" , I was at home. And they (of course) didn't leave a slit. However since I got an e-mail from Amazon about "attempted deliver", I went to the post office. The person checked it and said the package is not there and it was delivered to my apartment leasing office. Ok, right after I left the post office, I went to the leasing office. No package. Waited the whole day at home but nothing came. So I called the post office to see if there is my package later that day. They had the package. So I went back and waited in a long line AGAIN. I happened to talk to the same person that I talked in the morning. His English was hard to understand but I gave him all the info he needed including tracking number and he came back with my package. He said I told him wrong street name that is why he couldn't find it. He said he asked me my street's name but I didn't hear him asking my street's name at all. I understand English is not his first language and it's my second language too but he basically blamed that on me. Also I was just pissed he lied to me that the packaged was already delivered to the leasing office. I know it's a busy time of year and everybody is stressed but I am very angry and disappointed about poor service.

Thanks for my not awesome delivery and damaging it. It would have been nice if you didn't throw it on my stairs and then scan it. Would have been nice to not damage my purchases not to mention I got a camera installed because my other deliveries were never actually delivered but scanned... Thieves.

The worst experience ever! They are really unorganized! No one even bothers to pick up the phone in the post office. I wish some one in charge reads these reviews and do something about it.
