I arrived just 7 minutes to 5:00 pm and rushed to the counter to send mail out before 5:00 pm.
After they helped me I expected them to have locked me in and to my surprise, they told me they close at 6:00 pm. Unbelievable. Open late.6:00 pm.

I went there to mail a package today around 5 PM and they were closed! I thought they were open until 6 PM!

I put my stuff up on the counter. The guy comes over and said yeah, sorry and slammed the next window please sign right in front of my face! Never have I had a postal worker be so damn rude. What else should I expect at Philadelphia Mills Mall (Franklin Mills)! His co worker was mortified!
