This is my first time buying a Po BOX and this location will be the closest to my new residence. It's small but will serve its purpose. The guy that helped ne was friendly.

Alvin is the best! I didn't know which package to use. He did everything quick. I'm glad I tried this place on the way home instead of near my house.

My local post office at 32810 LOCKHART branch has employed mail carrier that leaves mail at the wrong house number. I had a package come in from China with the tracking number LT332249954CN and the system on their end clearly shows it went to the wrong house number (hand delivery error not printed error o. Sellers part) and dispute they had in front of their face the mistake they made me take a loss for my purchase. Aside from this I had opened a dispute case with the seller thinking it was on their end the mistake. The postal office did not refund me because they claim the package had no insurance. Well had it insurance, the package was not stolen nor Lost because it was addressed correctly. This happened on Cyber Monday to make it worse and it was a Christmas gift. The manager did not offer any kind of solution and wanted me to fill out forms which I refused to because it was an error on their part. I feel the postman whom made the huge error should have filled out the forms not me. THIS OFFICE IS LOUSY ANSWERING THE PHONE AS WELL. there should be a policy if a package has tracking and they see they made a mistake they should refund the cost of the contends. I WILL CHOOSE UPS, AS MY PRIORITY SOURCE OF DELIVERY BEFORE THE U.S.P.S.

Bill is the best he is very helpful polite and great Customer Service. I will always go to this post office to do my shipping because of Bill Great Customer Service. Thanks
