If I walk in to ship a box they are professional, helpful and nice but my packages being delivered are held for 4 days and show up destroyed esp if it has a fragile sticker on it. I was harassed continuously in j.t by the postmaster but it's strange they need to beat packages up or cram them and bend the mailbox or leave threatening notes (which I've kept) never felt w such mail drama anywhere else I've lived. It's bizarre.

So they don't have a set time they pick up items from their drop boxes. It just says 3-5. I dropped mine of at 3:30 and it didn't ship until the next day. I've never seen a post office be so lazy...? usually they have a set time or two to ship out items. BEWARE

Monika is very helpful along with the staff there. I haven't had a problem with them thus far and they're much better than the post office where I'm from!

Let me start off by saying I thought my mail carrier was just making a simple mistake quite some time ago. He leaves packages  for the lady that lives the next street over.. So the first time I load them up in my truck and drive them to her because I noticed on the package that it was a medical package. (Probably very important) that very next day I caught the mailman at my mailbox and I had mentioned it to him and he apologised. No problem.. A week later another piece of her mail is in my mailbox. It appears to be a check. I walked it to her and this time I called the postmans boss because this is not ok!!! So we get about a month down the road and I was expecting a package from Nevada. I live in Cali. Well it went all the way to Pennsylvania!!!! Not to mention it was banged up and 4 weeks late getting to me. Now I'm waiting on another package that I'm tracking and it made it to our local post office and was supposed to be here yesterday but NOPE instead on my tracking alerts it's telling me it's heading to Yucaipa!!!! People DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!! Don't be in such a hurry!!!! PEOPLE PAY FOR CERTAIN SHIPPING PROCEDURES FOR REASONS!!!!!!

Great time to go is right when they open on a Tuesday. They usually process the line very quickly.
