Wish I could give 0 stars. The big lady Barb at this location is extremely rude. I was unaware of something on my postage label and she gave me some nasty attitude. Avoiding this location.

If only I could post negative stars. For years I have pleaded with USPS to appropriately deliver mail yet I find myself continuously pleading with a succession of postmaster to have my mail deliver that does not force me to straighten out the crumple mass that this locations carriers insist on jamming into mailboxes. They are worse than useless

The customer service in this Post Office is horrible. The people who work at the counter are rude and nasty and I haven't had one good experience in there. Where do they get these people from? Use the Schodack post office the people behind the counter are much nicer and efficient. No wonder they are slowly closing the post offices as they are hardly needed today.
