This postal office they don't do there jobs they worry about how's living in the apts and how many people come and go, what there names and etc they want other business to consider as a there own personal deal. They're not doing there job what tgey have to do.Who ever delivers to southtowne place apt, She deliver the mail previously to my address and my main emergency mail was stopped by her returned and she stating that the mail doesn't belong to you. So, I send it back. Does mail person knows which mail is mine and which is not...! If any mail has the address on it she/he has to delivery to that address access point. But not they returned my mail and am pissed off and want to talk to any higher official to take serious action regarding this case.

Me, my wife and two daughters needed to get new passports. The very nice lady I spoke to on the phone blocked out a sizable time slot so we could all do our respective renewals at the same time. 
When we arrived the woman who took care of us was knowledgable, kind and very careful to make sure everything was in order as to guarantee everything would work out the best for us. From getting our pictures taken , taking the oath and everything in between we were treated professionally and with courtesy. So often people will post their bad experiences but neglect to comment on when they are treated well. I truly appreciate the way my family and I were made to feel relaxed while going through the complex and tedious task of getting passports. Thanks to the lady that helped us and all the rest of the workers there.

Rude employees. Don't go at 4, they won't do anything since they are closing... though Google says they are open till 5, the website says 4:30. And they pretty much won't get anything done after 4. Oh and passports are by appointment only. Though I couldn't seem to get that info until I was there as no one answers their phone ...

3rd time one of my packages was lost after going to this South Milwaukee post office, these people that work there are complete idiots and should be replaced by people that actually know what they are doing...RIDICULOUS

Says they close at 2 on Saturday and at 1:50 the door is locked already Wow, you think due to Veterans Day being yesterday they would st least stay open until 2pm.
