I visit this post office almost daily. The workers here are the friendliest and most helpful of any customer service personnel I have ever encountered. I've never had a bad experience here. Very thankful for this group of people that make running a small business possible.

It's a shame that the majority of reviews are from people that have had a poor experience at this post office. I go here about once every 2-4 weeks to mail or pick up packages. They are usually decently busy, which is no fault of theirs since they are staffed appropriately. They've always been polite and professional and I've never had an issue sending or receiving a package. From my experiences, there's no reason not to use this post office.

I've not had a bad time here. Most post offices anymore are expected to work like a well oiled machine, workers to be sunshine pipers & rainbow givers and always, always cheerful! However, society is not pleasant and it makes doing a public service job even harder than it was up front. Folks need to settle down and treat folks the way they want folks to treat them. (Me included). It is NOT that important that you'd make someone feel like garbage because you expected more out of the clerk than you do out of yourself. Let's be a little kinder to one another, please? I miss my bills being delivered sometimes, but I am careful to watch and if I don't get them, I call the biller to get the amount due for the current bill cycle. It's not the PO fault you didn't pay your bill. It's yours for not calling your biller. I've seen folks going into Cross County, North Charleston (Rivers Ave.), and in Summerville that have their stuff undone, not labeled, no addresses, don't know what card they're going to pay for this transaction with and then try pulling out their coin purse to get that extra 11 cents... seriously folks... It's not just the Post Office with the nasty people. Sometimes they are a reflection of who they're having to work with. Have a great weekend.

HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION! KEPT HANGING UP DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. AN EMPLOYEE WOULD ANSWER AND THEN HANG UP WHEN I STARTED TALKING. I CALLED 4-5 TIMES AND ON THE LAST 2 THEY JUST PICKED UP AND HUNG UP WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING

Should've realized Janice was not in the mood to send my fun little package when I asked HER first, "How are you?" and she didn't respond. The machine out on the lobby turned out to be extremely helpful and didn't even turn up its nose at me ;-)
