Really, it takes 30 minutes per customer and there's 8 customers on line?  You gotta be kidding me.. wasted 45 mins here and still couldn't send my box because I had to get back to work... get some young enthusiastic employees please

At one time, this place was STELLAR!  But that was once upon a time, when 'everybody knew everyone else's name...'  There's ALWAYS a line--  with the staff purposely working beyond a snails pace.  And the mail carriers?!?!?  Rude as sin and; forget about giving a damn!  I had a note on my door to (PLEASE) leave all HUGE magazines, newspapers, etc in the door-- [as] to not push them through the mail slot.  They began leaving ALL mail on the doorstep--credit card statements, personal notes/cards, etc.  Permitting anyone to come, sift through and take whatever they will, wish or may...  Unbelievable how an entity that was built on so much pride has turned into a side show!

I have been calling this post office for the last week and no one every answers the phone. What are they doing that the phone how's unanswered.

I changed my address to rvc post office three weeks ago and still have not received mail. I was expecting impact mail that was mailed over a week ago and still. Have not received it.  Clerks seem nice but I'm beginning to believe it is all an act.
