Now I have to go down there because some idiot didn't scan in my package and nobody knows where it is. How does that happened? I bet somebody stole it but I will find out. Calling doesn't help either I called twice today and the lady who answered Peggy or whatever her name is was no help at all. I'll stick to old saybrook. If i could have left no stars I would have.

Slow at the counter. Delivery to house is late since around Sept '16 cuz they changed the routes. My mail comes at around 4 pm (used to come at 1:30) which is useless if u have a check coming. Can't cash til the next day. A lot of days no mail at all.

Awful service. The people here are rude and cranky and give you attitude when you ask a simple question. They clearly hate their jobs. Not like I have a choice in dealing with them though.
