I have waited almost a month to have a package delivered and the day it's supposed to be delivered I see the mail man pull up to my mail box doesn't even get out and leaves without dropping off my package.. I looked at the tracking info and it says that he attempted to deliver my package but there wasn't a secure place available to deliver.. my best friend and my mother in law both work for the post office in Peoria and both say that the mail man is supposed to deliver packages to the door!! Plus I've had packages just thrown over my fence plenty of times..one time my dogs tore up one of them. This post office never answers the phone so that they could try and make it right... worst one ever.

This place is ridiculous. I was supposed to have a package delivered to my mail box and i have confirmation on my email it was delivered. I have not key to get into the bigger mail boxes and a supervisor was supposed to call me never did ive called 3 times no answer called a 4th time this guy rsndy answered then asked for my tracking number when i asked him to hold on for just a sec he hung up on me..horrible

This will be the second time the mail person mysteriously didn't leave a key in the smaller mail box in order to get to my merchandise (unlock) in the big box... Or they are stealing it but either way, if my merchandise does not get found I will press charges against the usps employee delivering mail that day. It's a federal offense. I have proof ups delivered it to my post office and sent a comfirmation that it's been delivered but hasn't.

Our mail lady refuses to come to my door because I have dogs in my back yard. My dogs have never bothered her. They are not inside dogs at all and they don't come around to the front yard because we have a 6 ft gate. Today while I was at home, she dropped off a sorry we missed you notice for a certified letter that needed to be signed to complete my home purchase. She left it without ringing the doorbell or knocking. Today of course is Saturday so I can't call or track it down. I am furious because it needed to be signed by 8am Monday morning and now it won't be Because she couldn't give me the curtousy of knocking on my door.
