Excellent service; answered my question without hesitation

I've never had a problem at this post office. Yeah, every now and then you get a cranky clerk but just think about the crap they deal with all day long, I couldn't even tell you how rude some people are to them. The way some people treat them is just abusive. Be nice to the postal service employees and they'll be nice to you.

In response to one reviewer's criticism...there most certainly are postage stamp self service machines. I use them all the time. In addition the self service section is open after the regular hours. The area is on the left after you enter the doors. It is available 24/7. VERY convenient. For other services needed to be performed by employees...yes there are long lines sometimes but that is the fault of management. This post office is located in a large shopping center which is always busy! Postal management needs to have more clerks on duty during busy times. This post office certainly is convenient and available for all postal needs.

Visited this place today for the first time. It was by far, the best post office experience I've had to date. The lady (blonde) who check me out was awesome, great personality. The other lady was super nice too. Wayyyy better than the post office on Pike street in Canonsburg, that lady is awful!!

No stars ever but I had to choose one in order to post. This is the most poorly run post office I have ever seen. There is no stamp vending machine and the line is often near the door. Additionally they routinely send clerks to lunch during peak hours. On a recent visit, with a line 3/4 to the door, the male clerk would disappear behind the wall and yet could be seen chatting away while people stood waiting. They act as if they are doing you the favor. Avoid at all costs because just when you think the service can't get worse, it invariably does on your next visit. .
