The WORST experience talking to them ever! I was trying to explain to the gentleman on the phone regarding a name change on my mailbox and he sounded like he was hard of hearing and when I tried to give him my name and address, he hung up on me. I explained that I was not on the lease and he kept repeating that he would check with the leasing office the name change on the box. Incredibly frustrating and just did not listen,

Man working counter is a complete jerk and very rude. Changes need to be made regarding staff and customer service. Will be going to another post office around.

Love the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. They have always made it a great experience.

SUB-ZERO rating and review. Staff VERY, VERY RUDE and LAZY!!!! No one picks the phone when called. The guy in beard on the left counter is a complete JERK and doesn't even want to talk or answer any questions and rudely skips answering anything, mocks at customers - even though I find him chatting with his friend personal matters at the counter for SEVERAL minutes. Is he not getting paid tax-payer dollars?? He should be fired or re-trained. Someone should take action at these deplorable state of affairs. What a shame!!!
