One of this location's delivery drivers completely lied and said that they had "attempted to deliver" and then "left a notice". My roommate was home all day watching for the package. No knock, no ring, no notice. If their drivers are too busy to make it to every delivery then hire more people or they just lie and say "oh I tried to deliver it and they weren't there". Must be nice having a government job, you don't actually have to do the work.

The staff is fantastic but the manager is horrible. She is very rude and does not treat her employees well at all. The post office has no air conditioning and it's cruel to make employees work in those conditions and make customers wait in those horrid conditions either. I don't see how these work conditions could even be allowed in a government office. It's just ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible! The lady who delivers the mail to my area in Battle Ground literally always gives it to the wrong person or it will say its delivered and its not till a few days after. I bought a pair of shoes and it was 2 day shipping and guaranteed for the 31st of july and I am leaving the country tomorrow, where are my shoes? Definitely not delivered to my house like it says it was today. They need to fire this lady cause this happens all the time to me and my family and our neighbors its pathetic.

Our carrier can't get the right mail in the right box two times out of five on a good week. Our afternoons here are spent walking around delivering each other's mail that was put in the wrong box. Going into the office is fine and I've never had a single problem with the front desk staff but the carrier we have is not even trying to get it right.

They have been so inept ... I have lived here for almost two years and have had multiple mistakes in delivery ... including putting a package in the box then not leaving the key in my box. Neighbors have said it has been that way for many years. I just received a notice on my IPad that they attempted delivery ... not possible as we were home and the door was open ... they would have seen us if they came anywhere near my home. It is the next day I called to issue a complaint - that person repeatedly said it was a substitute.'s fault ... no concern was necessary ... it would be delivered today... what a joke ... still don't have my boxes at 6pm. Their incompetence is ridiculous... zero points for service.
