If I could put 0 starts I would!!! Worse service I have got in my life. The manager for this location has a terrible trashy attitude. The people here is not professional at all. Worse post office ever. Do not go there.

I only have it one star because that is the minimum. The people here are rude. I was checking on a package that should have been delivered the day before and the teller snapped at me "go ring the bell at the other door!" That's not the worst of it. After I rang the bell I could hear him talking junk about me to the next customer! I will never go there again and this is the post office closest to my house. There are many other reviews below from other people with similar stories...........

Zero stars.. Absolutely the worst Post office. Thinking of a PAYING for a PO Box because it's safer for your mail? Please don't go to this one !!! Packages are delivered here and mysteriously disappear all the time !!! They don't reimburse or do anything about it.They don't care one ounce, if you file a complaint online..you'll never hear a word back from them.When I had a package that was supposed to arrive at my PO BOX last month never show up. I was told after they looked for an hour for it that..get this.." Someone else picked it up." Even though I am the only person who receives mail, the sole and only box/key holder. Today, while waiting in line to pick up a package, I hear the elderly gentleman in front of me with the same exact problem. While they were "looking" for his package that was supposed to have been delivered to his PO Box, he and I talked about our experiences..the lady came back and told him it wasn't there although it was delivered there. He looked at me and said "It was vitamins." ..I said "Yes, mine was eye concealer..I hope it matched their complexion." I agree with the earlier comments that stated someone steals at this Post office and no one cares !! They don't even have an option on their phone hotline or website for the "Inspector General". Good luck, Mr. Elderly Gentleman on finding those vitamins !!!

Haven't received mail in 5 days, neither ha e the neighbors. When I placed a call the representative made several excuses, essentially ending with him telling me I was out of luck. I wonder if USPS wonders why alternative delivery services are absolutely destroying them. I've got a pretty good idea. They really should open up zero stars as an option, 1 star is one too many.
