They do not deliver packages. They seal them. I hate theses people. I don't know how the hell they have not been punished. The man in charge is rude as can be, and disrespectful.

Very very poor customer service i have been calling since yesterday nd all day today and they all ignore the calls or just hang up on you. I was suppose to receive a pkg since 4/28/17 and its 5/2/17 and i haven't gotten it and no answer, they don't even deserve 1 star but i had to put it cause i didn't have an option

They never answer the phone poor customer service. Plus I caught the mailman crashing into the trash cans just for the hell of it . When they weren't in the way of the mailbox or even close to it .

They never answer their phone this is the 6th time I called and they don't answer and package has not been delivered 😡

Horrible. 
I understand that it's the holidays, and with that comes a workload, but there's no need to speak condescendeingly to someone who didn't understand the mistake that was on their part. Nor should any customer have to compensate for it. Try your luck at the Edinburg or McAllen.
