Have lived in the same address for 26 years and have never had n issue with my delivery. Love my mail carrier, he's a great guy. I recently got a passport and had it processed through the Park Hills office and was treated great - the whole process took 20 minutes. I always purchase my stamps here.

Worst post office in the nation. Always losing mail or delivering it to the wrong address. Sometimes we wont get mail for a week and i have to go down and find out whats going on...this happens way to often. Bills get returned to sender. Guy at the front counter is mouthy and rude. If you call them, they just hang up on you. Terrible! Unfortunately there isnt a NO stars rating

The mail carriers consistently deliver mail to the wrong house, loose packages and hang up on you when you try to speak to a manager. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
