at least once a week I have other people's mail in my mailbox, this past Saturday the mail person forgot to leave one of my packages, another time when I reported getting the persons mail they stopped delivering My mail..? and still I receive mail for other people, neighbors etc... Today I received coupons which I register on line to get and both packages of coupons have been tampered with and the coupons were no longer in the packages. Stolen YES !!! Now If the only people to touch them before being put in my mailbox .. Who could it be?  I reported this to local rep at the post office and he didn't seem to understand why I was upset ? I saw the mail person deliver the items so I know it was not a neighbor or someone else who stole them. This is the 2nd item in 2 years that was stolen before ever reaching my mailbox. I never chose usps for shipping unless it is the only option. Frustrated, disgusted !

Horrible service. We were waiting 2 months for appointment to make a passport. My husband stopped by a week ago to make sure they will be open or to make a new appointment because they were calling for snow today. The lady said that they never shut down for snow and will be open 100% . Well .. Just called there and now she saying that they are closed and she can't reschedules our appointment because she is booked!!!! We have planed our vacation already, bought ticket and everything but can't go because don't have a passport!!! Will never go there again ! These place is a joke!

my MAIL WAS  RETURNED TO SENDER!!!!!! I was waiting 10 BUSINESS DAYS for my debit card (over 2 weeks) MY MAILMAN RETURNED IT TO THE CARD PLACE!!!!!! now I have to wait over a MONTH to get a debit card because of this!!!!!!!!!! He also knows I've lived there for 14 years so the name is not  new. WILL BE CALLING TOMORROW . UNBELIEVABLE !

Delivery attempted??!!! We get mail and packages all the time. Bull!! Very upset with this, we pay for Amazon prime and what do we get late packages? When it says it's gonna be here in 2 days I Expect it to be here!! What a joke "attempted"!
