One star only because I can't give zero. The website says they accept General Delivery mail. I called 1-800ASK-USPS and they say this post office accepts General Delivery mail. So I have a package from South Dakota sent here. The tracking number shows it was DELIVERED here. I go to the Post Office and they inform me that they don't accept General Delivery and no idea where my mail would be since it never comes to their office. Despite the tracking number saying it was delivered there. Then after some talk in the back they tell me maybe it was rerouted to the one on Goodwin. Or maybe Prescott. Or maybe Dewey. Or maybe Returned to Sender. They just don't know. And then they wonder why they're in so much trouble financially. Because the service sucks!! If I had sent it UPS I would have probably paid $2 more but it would actually go where I sent it, without me having to stand in line for 30 minutes just to get a bunch of BS and no package.

30 min wait. Tried to overcharge me for my package after "measuring" it by $20. No wonder USPS is going under

They NEVER answer the phone and are CONSTANTLY losing packages... And when you do get ahold of someone, they give you the run around. It's absolutely ridiculous.
