As I was getting home today I noticed my neighbor was waiting for the mailwoman to leave her parking spot. The mailwoman was playing on her phone as my neighbor patiently waited. After a few minutes, my neighbor politely asked if she was done. She said yes yet continued to play on her phone for another few minutes. I rolled down my window and said "Hey, you're in her parking spot" to which she responded with "Uh yeah, I know". Our normal mailwoman is always courteous and sweet yet this one was extremely rude and disrespectful. Shouldn't she have been finishing her route instead of making my neighbor wait to park her car until she finished playing on her phone?? What kind of crappy service is that?? She clearly doesn't care for her job or basic manners. She should be reprimanded.

Terrible service. My package that I missed for the first attempt delivery was sent back to the sender after 4 days. I wanted to confirm this with the post office so called them for 30min (11 times) to finally get hold of someone only to have her tell me that the computer is down so I have to "try again in an hour". I wasn't sure if she meant to try it again online or call back in an hour, so I tried to clarify and the clark hanged up on me.

Don't like at all, EB people pay high tax on property but Look this postoffice, every time we went to like they own your family 10000k dollars,you can't have questions, if you have they will say to you, oh you don't know that? Balabalabala, I wish they can change I wish they can be respect everyone who live in EB.

Worst Post Office ever. Carriers can't put the mail in the right mailbox even though our names are on the mail box and have lived at this address for 10 years. Even put a bright orange label with our names and still gets it wrong. Called the Postmaster which is a joke since nothing was done to correct the problem just lip service. Talked to supervisors many times about this problem still putting mail in wrong box. Its a sad day for our country when the Post Office can't even hire people that can read English or do simple tasks. Forget about speaking English any more, lost language for the United States. I can remember a time when English and being able to read was a requirement. NOT ANYMORE! I avoid using the Post Office any chance I get and do everything online. Every time I call they never answer the phones either.
