Worst service ever! They lost my package for a week now. Keep sending me back and forth with another post office saying they don't have it and They keep attempting to deliver it to the wrong address after I gave them the right address. The people at this post office need to get fired! Hire new people that know how to do there job right!

Lost my package tracking say's its at the facility for two weeks. Nearly impossibly to get anyone to answer the phone on hold for an hour, then they have a post master from Ohio call me back to tell me the package is in California.

The postal carrier who delivers my mail is disrespectful. We are supposed to get the weekly sales on Tuesday. If I'm lucky, they might show up on Wednesday {not this week, still waiting). He told me to complain to his supervisor. Can't do that as no phone numbers listed.

I dont what retard had my package but they didnt listen to my instructions.i called them yesterday that i couldnt pick up my package at my local usps so they said "we will deliver it in the mailbox or by the gate" then today i track my package and it says availble for pickup instead of delivered in mailbox. Amazon shouldnt use usps in watsonville beacuse they are stubborn and their service is honestly trash.they just dont know how to deliver packages. I already told them to leave it by the gate or in the mailbox but they still didnt deliver i wish i could give them 0 stars. Overall their service is trash.I recommend you use a different usps and not the one in watsonville.👎👎
