I had a mail lady come to my door yesterday to deliver certified mail. When I started walking to the door she saw my service dog. She then started shouting and telling me to keep that dog away from her. I informed her that he was a service dog and he was on duty. As I opened the door she yelled service dog or not keep that f#!!ing dog away from her. I need my dog by my side all the time for several reasons. The ADA gives me the right to take him any where I am going and the only question that can be asked if he is a service dog. Yes my dog is large he is a Great Dane but he would never hurt anyone. He is around people all the time including children 1/3 his size. He needs to be big to be able to support my entire weight to keep me from falling. For her to tell me I couldn't bring him out was not only wrong but is also criminal. Needless to say she didn't even leave the letter.

Was nervous my shipment would be delayed, I opened my mailbox and saw mail but no package. Called to find out where it was and they said the package seems to have been recieved late after sorting and I would receive it the next day. I was a little frustrated but was relieved when It was in the mailbox within the hour. I must've forgotten to check the mail the day before lol, and the guy on the phone was wrong but that was ok too lol. Thank you God for a good outcome!

Never had a problem with this or any other Rio Rancho post office. I always get my mail and packages and our mailman is the best. At the actual Pinetree location I have run into lines, but no one has ever been unpleasant. Even getting my passport renewed wasn't an issue. I had all my paperwork ready and I was out the door in minutes.

The mail woman on Saturday 6/3/17 either stole my package or gave it to someone who was not authorized to take it. She marked the tracking as no one home (I was but couldn't get to the door). She started to leaved a package signature card, then ripped it off (I saw her) then put a tracking note that the package was accepted by a person at my address. IT WAS NOT!! She either stole it herself or gave it to thief next door! I can't even find out who signed for it if anyone did. Worse mail service ever and now they are thieves as well!

I'm a disabled Veteran, I order dog food from Amazon because I can't carry it. Now, the lady that delivers to my house puts a notice for me to pick it up at the post office and we get notices to pick up registered mail up at the main post office because we weren't home but we were home all day. She has a bad attitude, she ran into my neighbors brick mailbox and denied doing it and I have it on video and witnessed it. Why did Amazon give the USPS a contract if they can't deliver?
