Asked this Post Office to hold my package til the next day. Went in and the lady told me the package wasn't there. She also basically lied to my face about my package being out for delivery. There was no package delivered. Tracking shows it is in this PO. I still to this day have not gotten my package so they probably lost my package somehow. Don't bother with this place unless you have a very simple task. Even then they really don't have a sense of customer service at all and aren't really friendly to customers.

Lecturing customers and warning it will be the last time explaining with broken English. She covered her name tag to. Very nasty and rude. Never go there

Went to pick up a package and the woman was so rude and was completely put out that she had to go into the back to get it. When she came back to the front she huffed and complained that it was "way in the back and hard to get to", then she came to the counter and literally threw it at my daughter. No wonder everyone prefers going to Tenafly or Dumont, the Bergenfield post office is a disgrace!

Had a misunderstanding with tracking one of my packages and a worker from the post office was able to explain to me the reasons perfectly on the phone.
