I recently shipped a package that weighed 15 ounces from here. I made sure that the envelope I picked out cost a little over $2. Imagine my surprise when my total came out to be over $8. Turns out they had charged me over $6 extra for 2-day shipping that I did not ask for and did not want. That's dishonest. I don't think I'll be using this post office again.

I don't know what's wrong with all the people of Grayslake that use this post office, but I've never had any trouble with them. Always in and out very quickly, unless there's a line, which isn't the teller's fault, and all the employees are always very friendly.

I do not know who is behind the negative reviews, but do not believe a word. I am a customer who can tell you, this is an outstanding post office with polite, kind and responsible employees. They are helpful and I want to thank the management team to keep his or her employees motivated. They like their job, I live in Mundelein, and it takes me 20 minutes to go to the post office, and I do not care because I like going there. the staff is professionnal, patient, helpful and pleasant. ... Thanks for being helpful and professional.A gain ignore these bad reviews, go there you will see how nice and helpful the staff is, you will think of the good reviews like mine.

AWFUL. The supervisor Rhonda, was unwilling to help or look for my package. My package had already been delayed and I needed it that day. She did not listen to a single thing I was asking or telling her about my current situation. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be using this post office again.

Called and sounds like a young guy picked up was rude, asking me "what you want man" then I have an attitude back he put me on hold n left like that until I hung up...If you don't like your job quit and give it to someone more deserving with better customer service
