Well. Given the fact that my review here won't be much different than anyone elses. This is sad. Especially since the idiots don't answer the phone because the automated thing cuts you off after a few rings. The tracking info stops once it gets to this sorting facility. I initially thought it was a fluke because I have never had shipping issues...but I see that this is common at this facility. ZERO STARS. Who do you even call to file a complaint? Better Business Bureau? I have no clue. Ridiculous.

Completely trash! They ate closed Saturday and Sunday and most usps are close on Sundays and the Holidays. It says "delay due to bad weather" when the weather is completely fine because I live in Houston and Hurricane Harvey has left Houston a few days ago already but my biggest issue with this usps place is that they don't work Saturdays and Sundays when most other usps's only take a break on Sundays. THIS SUCKS.

I sent a 6 pound box, containing  birthday gifts for my granddaughter, from Michigan to Arizona on March 28, paid $23.50 to have it shipped 1st class, and it was supposed to arrive April 4.  On March 30 the tracking stopped, saying it was leaving this facility in Warrendale. I have called 5 times. Nobody answers the phone. I have NO IDEA where this box is!!! What the hell is going on?! I'm angry and disgusted with USPS. Who can help with this situation?! This is a disgrace.

We need to file a class action law suit immediately. I have sent three packages from items I sold over $600 worth. They are eBay sales so I will be out my item and packages! I have lost 3 valuable packages in 2 weeks! For a 100% loss rate!! They lost 100% of what I shipped!!!! Arrives at warrendale and never leaves! Lawsuit!

They have had my package for 2 days has literally departed and arrived at the same location 8 times. Simpletons.
