Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My package was marked fragile and Kiante literally threw it in the bin. When I said to her that it was marked fragile and you just threw it her reply was yea, so. I will never go back!!! My advice is stay far away from this place
One of the worst USPS locations. They are supposed to open at 9:30 AM, but when I went inside, one of the employees told me to come back 25 minutes later. Don't waste your time; go somewhere else.
Just came on to send some skateboards the Uganda skate society and to ask how to ship it. They lady working told me she has no packaging and couldn't help me. To go and package it myself and come back if it's not too heavy. Im just trying to help some underprivileged kids. Guess I'll go to FedEx or something
No wonder USPS is constantly broke... These employees don't provide an ounce of customer service. They definitely cannot compete with FedEx or UPS. Old union attitude...Rude and condescending to customers. No pen to write an address , was told to purchase it, not an ounce of tape to put on the package, was offered a jumbo roll for over 10 dollars....Questions not answered either. Constantly rolling their eyes, clerk has no interest in talking to anyone. Essentially a self service location at best.
I believe her name is Chianti and she is the one that everybody complains about for having a poor attitude. I literally will drive 3 miles further away if she is working there cuz she is so awful to people.. I don't know why they don't remove her from that position everybody complains about her every post on here is about her and her attitude. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to paying customers. I wish USPS would do something about her customer service skills
I can't say enough good things about this United States Postal Service office. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, making every visit a breeze. Whether I'm sending a package or handling other postal tasks, it's always a quick and efficient trip. What truly stands out is the flawless track record of this location. I've never encountered any issues here – no lost packages, no delays, nothing but smooth sailing. It's a testament to their dedication and professionalism. If you're in need of a reliable and hassle-free postal experience, look no further than my local USPS office. Their exceptional service and staff make it a top-notch destination for all your mailing needs.
Employee got rude all because I couldn't find a pen to write the address on a package. She also somehow mistook me for a woman because I have a gay lisp. I wish there was another office nearby. These people are a coin toss when it comes to if they're going to be rude or not. I purchased the parcel at the office, so I had no time to do it before I went in. Edit: After seeing more reviews, I'm starting to think she called me a woman deliberately. Bruh, I can't even-
They've been on a 1 hour lunch break at 5:41 pm. They were there talking, but got no answer for a simple question "When will you reopen?". Not nice.
Rude. Lack any type of customer service experience. Talk amongst themselves and ignore customers. Don't talk or acknowledge customers. Just disrespectful as you can be.
Everytime I come into this store, the postal workers are always helpful and quick and knowledgeable. They help me save when I’m sending packages back to my family out west!
