The customer service is definitely hit and miss from this staff. Some days they are nice and others not. I don't go here unless I have to, otherwise I find an alternative way to send my mail to avoid this place all together. They have a tendency not to listen to what their residents they service have to say. They need to have an in service week, where they bring in their back up staff so they can focus on learning golden customer service to service the community better.

The man with a mustache was very rude and sarcastic and the post office will be lucky if I return for future business PS: the mustache makes you look like a child rapist
