I guess I have to give them one star but they don't deserve it. No idea where my mail is but I am getting someone else's. Amazing UPS and FEDEX never miss but the morons at Caledonia Post Office are GREAT at it. If not for things like payroll bonuses, gift cards from places like Penny's and rebates coming through the mail I could care less but they are all AWOL. Thanks again Caledonia Postal idiots!!!!!!

I did not want to hit all the stars. My experience was exasperating to say the least. One cannot reach the Caledonia Post Office by phone without hearing a recording which tells you to wait while they ring you through to a representative. I waited twice for thirty five rings, and then listened while the sound turned to a busy signal. I've not received two important pieces of mail that were sent out to me: one was sent on the 2nd o June, and the other was sent on the 13th. Neither have reached my home as of today, which is June 19, 2017. The prospective companies have verified that the mail was sent. What is going on with the Caledonia Post Office?

I utilize postal services for both business and personal mail and considering the state of most public agencies today I could not be happier with the service from this branch. The USPS could simply discontinue Saturday delivery and save a ton of money but instead are soldiering on for our benefit. Amazingly they also deliver Amazon packages on Sunday and are the only logistics outfit capable of doing so at a price Amazon can afford. No one is perfect, but what goes around comes around and this staff tried harder than most.

The employees at this location are friendly and professional. They have called me promptly when live chicks were ordered in the mail, and are over the top friendly any time I come in for stamps, packages, etc. I am a regular customer, and stop in at least two times a week. Even when lines are long, Caledonia postal employees are prompt - moving lines quickly and efficiently. Never had a bad experience during the 20 years I've lived in this area.

After 8 pm and still waiting for my packages that should have been delivered today. Second time this week we haven't gotten our mail.
