I agree with the other review. This place is careless and rude on top of it all. They mailed a package of mine that was only going 40mins away. The package ofcourse got lost and no one ever reimbursed me my $50 due to the fake insurance they offer. I went around in circles calling all types of people and no one helped. Ultimately my package which was a gift for my niece got lost, she didn't get her gift and I lost out on money and no one owned up to it. That's why now, I go somewhere else and don't bother with the insurance. It's a scam.

This place is incompetent. They have sent our packages to different people's mailboxes and it is a hassle to get them back. It's not like they made this mistake once, but almost 4 times. Sometimes we don't even get them back so we had to order the same thing again...

Slow service, poor preparation for people who made appointments, and incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. John specifically has an attitude and has no business being in a customer service environment. I have no intention of coming back to this post office.
