The staff is very rude. USPS lost my package and I came to talk about it, but the clerk refused to let me speaking to the Post Master by claiming no one is available. Instead, he gave me a full 10 minutes of BS, saying the lost package could not be their fault. This happened on Saturday and he was the lone guy in the front. From then on, I tried to ship my package through FedEx. Their rate often is similar or even better. And we all knew FedEx is more reliable. USPS is just like our US Congress. Both of their approval rate is in the bottom of Hell.

The Post Office's only fall is that they did not let us know when to pick up our package. It was Friday and they had tried to deliver at 1 which they don't usually do. They usually deliver around 3-4. Anyways, the package needed a signature but we were not there. So, they told us to come pick it up on Saturday after 8am. But they never told us when they closed. We got to the Post Office at 1:30 and realized that they were closed. If they would have just gave us a note that said, "Pick up between 8am-1pm," we would've had the package. They did not try to deliver again on Saturday so we had to wait until Monday to get our package.

A package shipped Priority Mail to this branch for General Delivery under my name was given to a male without matching ID (addressed to a female). They never found the package (person didn’t return it) and USPS denied my insurance claim because it was “delivered”.

Our mail often does not come until after 7pm. We've never had our mail come that late at any other place we've ever lived, and it's ridiculous. We asked the carrier when we saw her one night delivering our mail at the townhouse mailbox unit, which is in kind of a dark area, why it comes so late, and she said Denver is trying something new, and it's not working out. She actually had tears because she said she hates delivering mail after dark and doesn't feel safe and is afraid. So I called the Loveland, CO post office the next day to talk to them and the man on the phone was very rude to me. He stated flatly, "There's nothing we can do about it!" I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and he loudly and rudely said, "NO!" Because of this I'm giving them 1 star.
