STAY AWAY!!! Yes the hours are convenient but the service is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT WALK AWAY WITH OUT A TRACKING RECEIPT!!!! I dropped off a pre-paid box after hurricane Irma and they LOST IT!! I could not get a tracking or anything because they had no power. They should have just closed the doors or left it at minimal service. When I called to inquire about it, the lady changed her tune. She assured me they never lost power and then suddenly recalls being off that day so she's not sure if they lost power or not. Referred me to the annex location next door and the guy told me i would receive a call back and have yet to hear anything!

In reality, no stars given. First of all, they hardly ever pick up the phone, as many of the other reviewers have pointed out. Secondly, they had to reschedule my original appointment for a passport and then, the day of my appointment, I wasn't scheduled in the system and the lady had no apologies to give or any sense of urgency to fix their mistake. My appointment went into limbo and she didn't even attempt in finding the person who rescheduled my appointment. Last but no least, I ask to speak to her supervisor and she gave me the "I am the supervisor" response,lol, I had to laugh, then I asked if there she had any superiors that I could talk to and she said, NO. Then I asked for her full name, and she at first pretended not to hear me asking, so I asked again, and she responded "Karen", I laughed again and asked her if she had a last name and she said no and then hung up on me. I couldn't believe it, but at the same time it was hilarious. This Usps office deserves the bad rep it has. Horrible...I'll be getting the passport elsewhere, hopefully a place that values even just a bit of professionalism. Good riddance to this location, and much luck to those that decide to use them.

Good luck getting them to answer the phones. Have to drive there if you have any questions. Couldn't even get through the the usps standard customer service line!

I have personally went to this office on 3 different occasions to RETURN mail, i.e. pkgs delivered lto me that weren't my own, ALL WITHIN A ONE WEEK PERIOD! REALLY. One pkg wasn't even postmarked for my street. Can the postman even READ anymore? Response from my main PO at Alafaya was, TEPID!! I'm tired of doing their job. Will just keep everything from now on... Maybe that'll get their attention... Highly doubt it.

TERRIBLE. I was calling them from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and not ONE person answered the phone. I was just trying to schedule an appointment for a passport. I ended up driving there because, again, not ONE PERSON could pick up the telephone and they told me they were booked for the next month. So unbelievably disappointed. They could have told me that over the phone and saved me the trip. They do not take pride in their work. The guy there said "I'm helping customers that's why nobody is answering." I am very unhappy with this experience and I can't even speak to a manager because NOBODY ANWERS THE PHONE.
