We have a mail carrier who claims to be scared of dogs and will stop delivering your mail for weeks when in reality we have caught him tormenting our dog through the window. He will stand in front of our window to get a reaction from our dog instead of dropping off the mail and leaving. The post office needs to stop blaming us and start blaming the post carrier. This man needs to go to another neighborhood or get disciplinary actions for tormenting our dog through the window

I wish I could remember this female associate name that  answer the phone on 5/18/2016 around 10.15 am
she hung up on me twice saying that she has a tech. problem 
unwiling to help, rude, disrespectfull, hope you wont get to speak to her.
