Slowest, only 1 person present. This should be a convinient place especially for those that work or live on post, but absolutely not. Go off post unless you're willing to stand in a line that is not moving

Dumbfounded at the lack of incompetence by the entire postal service at Fort Benning. I go out of my way not to use them because the post office is always staffed by the same person - and he is always rude, painfully slow and unhelpful. But in his defense, the carriers are even worse. Last week, I tried to get the attention of a carrier for having misdelivered something to our address. I stood about 15 feet from him - shouting to get his attention - and the carrier proceeded to his mail truck without turning once.

The customer service has one job to handle mail and they act like they cant do that. What do you get paid for?

I have had excellent service every time I have visited this post office. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. It is the best I have ever used. The building is old but the staff is second to none.
