Most of the women there are just plain rude. They talk to you in a condescending way as if we’re all idiots. They don’t care about you. If you’re even slightly  confused about how to send a package etc., get ready to be scolded or given ATTITUDE. This place needs to revamp there customer service and even fire a few gals. Is this really the best Romeoville has to offer? 

Summary: Go only if you have to go, and stand your ground with these uptight, awful women. On a brighter note, at least they have a self service desk (:

If no stars were an option that's what I would enter terrible service, rude, disorganized, and straight up lie to avoid extra work. I know that are lying as I have been a mail carrier, clerk, and a postmaster before

Very bad experience!  Postmaster never speaks to me in person.  The whole street has their mailboxes on their side of the road!  I'm expected to cross a highway to get my mail.  Not FAIR very SAD😖
