Absolutely impossible to get ahold of these clowns. I went in one day because I had to get a new mailbox key, waiting in an empty lobby for ten minutes an hour before closing time. I could hear the man shuffling around behind everything in the back, and finally he rambled out, wild eyed and confused and gave me my key. No customer service.

I got a pink slip for attempt to deliver a piece of mail but it had no name, just an address. I keep calling and calling to make sure it's actually for me, seeing as I just moved in and I get mail for dozens of other people who've lived here, even though I've been here with my boyfriend for six months! I call and I get no answer! I even tried to call another post office and make sure the number was right. They gave me the same number I had. The phone just rings and rings and rings and rings. It's nuts. It's a shame I finally have my dream place and this is what I have to deal with. And my boyfriend and I both work during their business hours, so what are we supposed to do? Sorry for being upstanding members of the work force. What a nightmare!

This is the worse place ever dealing with any postal service. I live in Baltimore and my sister was supposed to had mailed a small bubble envelope package 2 weeks ago from this location. I haven't received anything as of today 9/6/17. I'm sitting on hold for 40-50 minute wait time as what the automated system states and I'm still on hold. This is f'n ridiculous from this experience alone I wouldn't recommend anyone using this postal service I have never waited for mail this long and it's not even a package

This post office should be shut down.  They have lost 3 packages of mine,  delivered a package to the WRONG address and delivered a notice for pickup to the WRONG address.  I mean what is going on over there. 
It is disgraceful how they work.  You are delivering personal information,  unacceptable! If I could give 0 stars I would have!

Second time in as many weeks that I had a package SHOVED into my mailbox and the other mail was pushed to the back, bent and crumbled.  The phone number listed for this location is just an 888 number and the wait time to talk to s customer service rep was between THIRTY NINE AND FIFTY MINUTES.  Never had a delivery person this lazy.  If the package doesn't fit easily into the box,  it should be delivered to the house.

They will not deliver packages! Called USPS to have a redelivery for the next day. just to have it ignored. come to find out the package never left the building but yet was being tracked as if it was on its way. They never left a notice in the mailbox. I only found out attempt delivery 3 hours later by email from Amazon where the item came from.
