I've never had so many issues with USPS before. They failed to deliver a $100 certified mail package, then couldn't find it when I visited the office to collect it. Since then I have had to call the repeatedly in order to talk to someone about this and prompt them to look for it, each time they've said they'd call me back. To date, I have received exactly zero callbacks from them, have called them over 65 times, and have had my call answered only SIX times. They do not appear to be concerned about any of this - if I was a dentist, I would bill them for the amount of teeth-pulling that has to be done. I am sure that just like their efforts to find my package, they would turn up empty-handed.

I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews. Every time I've come here I've been meet with prompt friendly service. I'm pleasantly surprised by this location and it's staff.

I had great experience. We shipped item to buyer that was lost and/or mis-delivered (we ship 1000's each month) 1 phone call to a clerk named Marc and he took my tracking details, advised me there had been a sub in training on the route that day, said he would go out on route and look for item using GPS delivery details and Like magic next day he called me back to advise me he found the item and that the item would be correctly delivered today!!! So nice, smart and knows how to get things fixed when issues arise. MARC was great!!! and I am very happy with his service.

When I actually get to talk to a person they are great. But do not call the 1 800 number if you want to talk to a person. I had a scheduled pick up that didn't get picked up and there is no option for that. I went around and around with the automated system and ended up more frustrated.

Our "communal" mailbox got damaged on 9/12/17 and it's now 10/25/17, Riverton Maintenance took it away to get fixed and now they refuse to return it so none of us can get mail. Every person there states "it's not my job" or "I will look into it and call you" but never do. We are refused the right to receive our mail.
