USPS is just not reliable. They lose things endlessly, and tell customers they're wrong. I had to go back there 3 times in one day, because my package was "lost." They had it there the whole time, and said it wasn't their fault, because one of their employees put it in the wrong place. FAULT: noun, responsibility for an accident or misfortune. I asked how they were going to compensate me for losing literally my whole day trying to tell them they had my package, and they, no joke, told me to leave or they would get management involved. As if that would be a threat to ~me~? So I waited. No one ever came out to greet me, or answer my questions. Then I was told to leave again because they were closing, or the "authorities" would be called. haha! Just such an embarrassment.

Terrible terrible customer service. My package was not delivered due to the last name being wrong. Tracking info told me it was brought back to the store at 4pm. I went to pick it up and was told by the supervisor it was returned to the sender at 12. Our mail doesn't usually get there until after that but when I explained that to him, he very rudely told me I was out of luck and would have to pay to have it reshipped. The entire conversation with him was horrible. He treated me like I was an idiot using condescending tones and laughing at the fact that it happened. After I left another customer chased me to the parking lot to inform me the supervisor was laughing hysterically and telling the other employees to lock the doors so I wouldn't be allowed back in. Bad enough he said it to other employees, but worse that it was in front of other customers. Worst experience of my life and extremely embarrassing. I was also told that he has done this to others as well. He should not be allowed to work there with such horrible customer service!

My experience in opening up a PO Box was very positive; they clerk was more than helpful and made sure all details were taken care of.
