I deal with this post office anywhere from 3 to 4 times daily. Each and every time I go in the staff is friendly (particularly Bobby & Marlie). They are very knowledgeable and give great customer service. They are always willing to answer any questions and give great feedback. The staff are very hard workers and I appreciate all of them. Thank you Cottonwood Post Office.

Great people but WHY doesn't this PO have an automatic door for the disabled?  I have seen several of our vets and elderly almost get the door slammed on them (IF they can even open it).  Lets get this fixed!

I've had one-on-one dealings with the staff at the Cottonwood post office almost every day for over 13 years.  Sometimes the lines are long, and occasionally mail gets misplaced, but the staff (particularly Bobby and Marlie) are always friendly, courteous, professional and patient, and they work very hard to give personalized assistance when needed despite the huge amount of work they all do every day, often only getting negative comments. It is a government agency and there are rules and procedures they didn't create that they must follow , and sometimes people get mad about that, but I think our post office does a good job, and they are human and deserve courtesy and respect..

Closes too early, but has a quick and easy drive thru drop off mail service.

I don't know what planet these negative people have lived on, but there 
are much worse post office environments than this. They have been fast and helpful when I have went there. I have just moved here, and I consider
the post office here a plus compared to what I have seen elsewhere.
