Let me echo the others here.  They are terrible.  Over three weeks to fix out community mailbox.  They are responsible for fixing it, tell us to keep waiting.  Meanwhile mailbox is propped on a telephone pole.  Ridiculous.

Dropped off a business package yesterday, Priority Mail, USPS Signature Tracking, it still hasn't been scanned/no tracking update. A bit concerned? Yes. The contents are valuable, and our customer is awaiting shipping confirmation.

Very poor customer service. I asked the lady attending to people to help me tape my printed address label to the box and she refused. She clearly told me to buy a tape or go and have it tape to the box elsewhere... too poor. I left and went to another location that not only tape the label to the box, but tape the  entire box .

This post office is still accessible when closed, and there's an automated machine so you can mail packages 24/7. My limited experience with the staff is similar to other reviewers': indifferent to customers' issues. Also, this post office was the point where two Amazon packages of ours got lost. We're not a hard house to deliver to.

Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. They lost one of my packages and basically said that they cannot help me. Somehow they claim to have delivered a 16" x 24" x 4" box in my 12" x 8" x 2" mailbox. Furthermore, I was outside most of the day...definitely at the claimed time of delivery, and didn't see a USPS carrier all day.
