If i could give no stars i would. Worst customer and package tracking service. Needed part for an important project and there is no telling where our package is at. First Merced then back to Atwater. Tracking still says out for delivery since Aug 27th..... good work

A driver had a mild accident that took out a well belonging to my friend. He came to the door and was extremely polite and apologetic, even bringing water to get us through until the repairs are completed. The circumstances are regrettable but the interaction was excellent. Thanks to the driver.

They lost my package and it's taking a long time to find my package. There tracking feature was off by 10 days. They say they will call me but never do so I have to take initiative to go in and ask what's going on with my package. I call them but they never answer in 3 days they have answered there phone once. I tried calling almost 20 times in 3 days. Terrible just plain terrible. The driver didn't leave a notice paper with the weight or the shipment information.

They never pick up the phone...whats the point in having one if they never answer! never anse
