I have had issues with other managers while trying to locate lost packages but Dominique is always very helpful.

Looking for my package that had shown out for delivery, later in the day I receive an Alert, package is un deliverable due to invalid address, not sure how they can sort it at my post office, send out for delivery then say no valid address? Now waiting on the phone so far for 50 minutes. Not sure what I need to do to locate my package. My neighbors and myself are always delivering each other's mail because the postman delivers to the wrong addresses.

Expect to spend hours of your life here.  In the end you will probably not get anything accomplished at al.  The staff attending seem to just disappear, not to return. Frustrating

Here we are again at 6:30pm with no postal service. Almost as bad as going to local office with no service at all. 

This is reported by USPS as being the best in the world?

Where is that compared, to, Bolivia, Afghanistan,, Syria, Lebanon....???

It seems that we   have fallen into  comparisons with third 
World counties. 
 What a shame...Shame on you,USPS.....NO SERVICE AT ALL......
