I left my name and number and never got contacted back about my lost package. Im sure they delieverd it to the wrong mailbox!  Tried calling over the phone but there's always seems to be a 55 min wait for a represenative!

Why isn't it open until 5? Most businesses are open 8-5, so how does being open from 9-4:30 help many people who work from 8-5? I walked in with a package to ship. The lady saw me come to the door and let out the last guy and didn't say, do you need to ship that off or anything. Most days at lunch it is packed and only one person working. What the heck.

This is a small post office surprisingly for the size of Brenham. It's ALWAYS pretty busy, and the parking is usually pretty tough to deal with. However, the staff is always friendly and do work hard on getting people in and out quick. So service wise, it's 5 stars, however the parking and long lines make it about average. Monty and the blonde chick way on the left are awesome! The guy in the second booth is grumpy, avoid him.
