Here  we  go,  folks.   Iv'e   spent   over   $25,000   dollars  over  that  counter,  and    lately  have  encountered     some  total  samrt-ass    non-sense   from  the   POSTMASTER,   and    is   immediate   sub-ordinate.  A  package    was   delivered   to  me,  CRUSHED.   The  carrier   did not  have  the    ten  cents   worth   of   professionalism, to    even   bring  the   package  to  me,   to   offer   me    an  explanation.   I   got  in   touch   of    the  AREA   SUPERVISOR.    She  was  not   precisely   happy  about  this.  The  fact  that    a   Branch   POSTMASTER    is   so  comfortable   with  his   job /  position    that    he  is   perfectly  okay    with    purveying  that   attittude,     tells   us   everything  we   should  know.    Things   must   change.

Laziest most ignorant place in the world. Called and asked why all my packages were being sent back and talked to the lady who delivered 1 of 8 ( only 2 more of the eight came) both she and on the phone said they would look into it and fix the problem. They're all still being sent back to sender and have all the right information. This place is highly ridiculous and I would never recommend them to anyone. Thank you grove post office for making my four year old son have his birthday with barely any of his presents he was looking forward to. I am VERY upset. Not even worth the star I had to put to write this review.

Our mail is being forwarded to a P.O. box,  however, for some reason the packages that are delivered by Fed-Ex are being returned to sender!!
No one seems concerned, and unwilling to look into and do something about it.
I am at my wits end with this.  They can't suggest anything that I need to do myself to correct it.
