I use this Post Office consistently and the folks there are quick and very friendly. They always make sure I have what I need and provide information that's helpful if I've forgotten something. Keep up the good work!

I DREAD having to come to this post office. There are two women there, as other reviewer's have written, that are by far the rudest people in Cedarburg. They really give us a bad name. I have seen Colleen and Vicki be rude to people on the phone and in the office and have gotten the brunt of their attitudes on quite a few occasions. And the best part is that I have spoken to friends and family about the post office and everyone knows who the two mean ladies are! It is odd to me that after all of these horrible reviews and I'm sure formal complaints, these people still work here. My advice for anyone coming there is to turn around and go to a different post office.

I went here to apply for my baby twins' passports and had a wonderful experience! Everyone was really helpful and even though it can be a little much doing these applications for two kids at a time, they were very nice and even greatly appreciative of me preparing the paperwork so well. This is not the post office closest to me but I'd go here again anytime.

Like other reviewers...the workers here are unbelievably cranky and not friendly. The Jackson post office is soooooooo much better....the staff there is great.

Super rude over the phone as well as in person. GPS has inaccurate directions as well, I know that it their fault. Glad this isn't the post office I have deal with on a regular basis.
