Unfortunately there have been several times that the lady at the register has given misinformation. I found stolen mail one time and tried to turn it in to this post office. She would not take it and told me to call the postal inspector's office which I did. They were extremely irritated and concerned that she did not take the mail and apologized for her not knowing the correct information. Several times mail is incorrectly sent to me and of course there are times that I don't receive what I am supposed to be receiving. My regular postal carrier is great but when a substitute, is used forget it. One day it was raining and my mailed was delivered to me completely DESTROYED. It was useless, I had to contact the sender on everything to get it resent.

Quick service! Very helpful staff thats very organized and on top of thier game just in case you need their help in any sort of way. I give it 4 stars because I think there a bit under staffed at times, but overall its a good not too busy post office to go and get things sorted out nicely. Very friendly staff as well.

Everybody is nice friendly and lines go by fast. The filipino lady with the glasses working there has an atittude. She wears a Rolex I complimented on the watch, she looked at me walked away put the watch away and treated me completely different she thought i was going to steal her watch or something. Its not the first time ive experiance attitude and bad customer service with her, like scolding me for not having tape. She wanted to charge me a whole new roll of tape for $5.99 when I only needed a piece and she had a whole roll there for customers acting like the tape cost her money.

The worst. No automated machines or scales. You have to wait in line for 20 minutes to buy 1 or 2 stamps. Supervisor came out and saw the line and made an announcement that someone was coming and had been called. 5-10 minutes later, still no help. Supervisor went back into her cave instead of helping and being of service. I have been suffering through this post office for years. The employees are like zombies and lines are always long. No wonder the US Postal Service is struggling. Inefficient and antiquated. Probably would be better to shut down.

The worst post office. Mail is delivered to wrong addresses. No one picks up the phone when I call. Very unhappy as a resident in Tujunga.
