Want to have your passport appointment canceled 3 times just hours before the appointment? Come here ! This place is absolutely terrible. The employees are dishonest. I have been lied to over the phone and face to face. The system here is broke. Go ANYWHERE ELSE !

Good post office. Have mailed dozens of packages from this location without problems. The workers are generally friendly. Line can take 10 or 15 minutes but if you have to complete documents and after speaking with a worker, they let you go back to the front of the line once ready. They have the most availability in Redlands in terms of hours open- Saturday, etc.

USPS does NOT use YOUR ignorant TAX DOLLARS. You get what you pay for. In 1982 a First Class Stamp was $0.22 and a pay phone for a local call was $0.10. If you can find a pay phone today, a local call is at least $0.50. If Stamps kept pace, a First Class Stamp should be $1.10: IT ISN'T. Figure it out. Matter of fact, USPS SUBSIDIZES your package shipment: There would be NO FEDEX without the USPS: FEDEX=USPS AIRLINES. So really: Pay attention, figure it out, and stop being so ignorant.

The service is horrible. I have two big packages to mail and the teller #09 told me I cannot because it's too heavy because she weighed it by her hands. I then told her the maximum weight of a package is 70lbs on USPS website, and mine should not be that heavy. She said don't follow the website, they just sit there put some figures there. I should follow her directions. Then she asked me to carry my package to the counter, to the scale, and to their warehouse inside ( she just led me to the route.) She even purposely asked me to lift my heave package to a metal cage that has a fence about 4 feet high. I must lift my package to 4 feet high and then throw it to the cage. I cannot and refused. I then told her that it is not my job to put my package in your warehouse metal cage. Then she asked me to put my package on the warehouse floor. We went out the warehouse to the counter to weigh my second package. I am ready to carry my second package to their warehouse again, but she said she can handle it this time. How ridiculous! I did her job just because I wanted my package shipped and I paid and did not get the service. I hope no other people get this horrid experience, ever!!! Actually, the price I paid for my large package is similar to Fedex or UPS, but the service cannot be compared to Fedex or UPS. The only reason I choose USPS this time is because it has General Delivery.

For 5-7 times now, they were charged with the delivery of a costly package. Never has come as "tracked." Always late. This time, not delivered due to "interference by an animal...". There is no animal! Just another falsehood by poor employees. I was here waiting, not 15 feet from my gate. No one came at 6:56 pm or any other time. Why do people trust their packages to a service that lies about what they do???
