We sent four birthday cards to the pastor of the Narberth Presbyterian Church one block a away from the Narberth post office. Granted I did not know the street address but Narberth Presbyterian Church was plainly on the address along with Grayling Ave...three of the cards arrived safely, BUT one card was returned with a label indicating the address was incorrect. Tell me how three arrived, but one of the four...the mail person did not know the church was one block away from the post office?????

Staff is rude, unhelpful and have attitude. I called up and was yelled at by a lady with an attitude. Later in the day when I came in when asking for help the postmaster was unhelpful as he was confusing and did not even understand the difference between a debit and credit card. I was confused and when asking for help he told me to be quiet and that another customer was more important. The other postmaster had an attitude as well. He frequently yelled at other customers as well.
